Thanks to Katie Dooley at Paper Lime Creative we have a beautifully designed Cooking Around the Globe Cookbook with pictures and information on each recipe.  The Collection of 23 recipes has been compiled through the cultural tradition of person to person mentoring and oral instructions. Keeping this tradition alive, EdmontonEats Chef Cindy Lazarenko has spent many enjoyable hours with each Cultural Host to test and document recipes. We want these dishes to be authentic in taste and texture to the country and families who create this wonderful food.
